It must be a guy thing because my brother who is almost 16 still wants to be an astronaut. It must be working if he's still interested in it. The problem with him is I don't think he's smart enough to be an astronaut or a social media anything as far as that goes. Guess he'll just have to flip burgers at Micky D's.

I am little surprised to see NASA using social media to spark interest in kids about science but I wonder what other government agencies will start using this medium to collect data on users.

Actually Phoenix twitters through mission operations at JPL in Pasadena, CA. That's were the spacecraft communicates with the Earth.

And yes, when I was a kid I wanted to be an astronaut..now I'm doing the next best thing..working on the mission that will pave the way for humans to return to the moon.
