How about just backing up onto a DVD-R? Works well for me, and allows you to keep an off-site copy, too!

I'll make you a deal: you can use the b5 backup server if you help us a bit with getting our backups happening too. The backup server has about 40GB of space on it (from memory), which should be enough for your needs and ours for the foreseeable future...
