Dogs were tied up and cats left in the houses.  There are very few pictures, but the ones you see are heartbreaking - the guy pulling his dog out of a doghouse that was flooded got me the most.  Why didn't he bring the dog inside. Hope all is well out there. Like you said, I cannot fathom what the people are going through in Louisiana, Mississippi &amp;amp;amp; Alabama.
