I am Legend? I rather watch Lost through all its hours of running time than wasting time with a second watch of either movie (a first watch of either is not terrible though, not good, but not terrible).

Anyway, you´re cool, Aaron. Nice blog!

Re: Marketing 101: How Cloverfield Failed to Deliver on Expectations

Better watch "I am Legend" again and again instead of wasting time with Cloverfield... However, I have to say that I admire how skilful people can get in viral marketing...

Re: Marketing 101: How Cloverfield Failed to Deliver on Expectations

Agreed. Too much viral and too much hype, and when it cannot deliver, it's straight to video in a month.

Now there's rumor about a sequel. C'mon spare us already.

Re: Marketing 101: How Cloverfield Failed to Deliver on Expectations

Well FWIW, I loved it!

Re: Marketing 101: How Cloverfield Failed to Deliver on Expectations

Glad to know I don't have to waste 10 bucks on the movie. Sign of disaster for any movie.

Plus, it's from the guy who gave us the endless ramblings of Lost, without ever answering anything. (I hear it's changed in the latest season, but I lost interest middle of season 2...)

So, sorry to hear you wasted your money, but the warning signs were definitely there. (IOW: I'm SOOO glad I didn't have the time to see it tonight ;)

Re: Marketing 101: How Cloverfield Failed to Deliver on Expectations

You are good at movie reviews. Ever thought of writing for the post?Well I was regretting I had a conflict and couldn't make it but not any more. I only regret not meeting the people not the movie.

Re: Marketing 101: How Cloverfield Failed to Deliver on Expectations

The Hammer Down Protocol :)

Re: Marketing 101: How Cloverfield Failed to Deliver on Expectations

shitfield.
