That is one of the arguments against a D.C. team and the ultimate reason why both previous franchises moved.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;The argument now is that within the past 30 years, the dynamics of the city have changed and it has become a much more self-sustaining city.
